6- Evidence that shows: Applicant's purpose of entry into the United States is to transit while traveling onward to another country and that his/her intend to depart the United States; Applicant's ability to pay all costs while in the United States; and/or Applicant's residence in his/her home country and his/her intent to return there
7- Proof of applicant's onward travel arrangements and/or permission to enter another country after departing the United States
