Basic Requirements for acquiring a Citizenship of Malta

There is only one option by which an individual can acquire a Citizenship of Malta and that is by fulfilling the three financial requirements which are as under:

Donation of EUR 650,000 to the Maltese Government through National Development and Social Fund (NDSF).

Leasing a property of at least EUR 16,000 per annum or purchasing a property of at least EUR 350,000 and should be held for a time period of 5 years.
